Our 85/15 (85% lean/15% fat) burger has slightly more fat, perfect for those dishes that you want full flavor-tacos, burritos, lettuce wraps, stroganoff, even hamburger helper for those busy nights that the kids are cooking!  Packaged in easy 1 lb tubes, defrost one or more for the perfect amount.  Because this blend has more fat for flavor, it generally needs to be drained after cooking so anticipate slightly less cooked volume than the leaner burger.  If you are looking for a blend for burgers, try our lean grind which is 90-93% lean for burgers, meatballs, meatloaf and any dish that calls for a leaner blend
